Principle Accountabilities
- To Manage LB Finance performance management concepts, processes and systems.
- To execute periodic performance management cycle in compliance with the policy guidelines and business requirements.
- Ensure the timely objective settings are done in coordination with the line management.
- Communicate and train staff on performance management processes and standards to create understanding.
- Upgrades and enhances performance management software effectively to facilitate the performance management process
- Drives LB Finance performance programs across all branches, increasing positive outcomes associated with more frequent and meaningful conversations between managers and employees.
- Maintain and develop organization's skill matrix, competency frame andjob descriptions.
- Understand the skill gaps and provide inputs to company strategic & tactical training plan.
- Prepare & execute employee engagement monthly & annual plan.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Hands on experience in HRIS performance management module is a must
- Full qualification in PQHRM or equivalent Diploma or Degree in human resources management
- Experience with analyzing data and presenting concepts to executives through Storytelling.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (Ability to speak Tamil would be advantageous)
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong team player with positive attitude, who must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced environment.
- Have a strong commercial and business acumen
