We are looking for a Senior EU Fleet Compliance Manager, who will be responsible for ensuring that our Fleet remains safe, efficient and compliant to legislative requirements (EU, national & regional) and defined operating standards.

Key functions for the role include:
· Ensure compliance of the EU fleet by enhancing internal control procedures, vehicle checks, reports, operating practices and documentation
· Monitor audit Quality Assurance and make recommendations for continual improvement
· Cooperation with the other business functions to identify and consolidate compliance metrics
· Consistently innovate and implement best practices in fleet operations and auditing
· Undertake and oversee enhanced audits as required on identified risks


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree
· Proven experience in the logistics industry
· Detailed knowledge of occupational road risk legislation and standards
· Experience in accurately analysing and reporting audit, quality assurance and compliance activities
· Proven track record of managing multiple priorities
· Working proficiency in English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Previous experience auditing road transport operations
· An auditing qualification
· Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence
· Project Management Qualification
· Excel – Advanced
· Ability to identify weaknesses in systems and processes
· Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities
