We’re looking for a passionate senior ER specialist to join us on a 9-month secondment, supporting our business leaders to make the right ER decisions. As a senior ER specialist, you’ll be the main point of contact for our ER specialists, taking ownership of more complex and high-profile ER cases.
We’ll look to you to provide experienced ER advice and support on a range of cases from performance to grievances, disciplinary, appeal and early conciliation cases. It’s a big job. What you’ll do:
• provide professional ER advice to senior managers and partners across the business • triage and deal with most of the executive complaints and complex case concerns • handle and support end to end early conciliation cases • pro-actively collaborate with our internal partners around sharing ER insights • look at ways to continually improve our service and upskill line managers across the group • make sure that cases are assigned, acknowledged, and progressed within agreed timescales
This role would suit people who have:
• a naturally curious and inquisitive approach and the confidence to offer feedback and challenge where appropriate • proven experience with full knowledge of employment law and the ability to advise on it • a concrete understanding of ER processes and practises and can demonstrate proven experience of supporting complex ER cases • the ability to lead and build meaningful relationships with people at all levels and influence senior partners • CIPD qualified or have an equivalent level of experience • high attention to detail, can multitask and prioritise workload and strong written and verbal communication skills
