Senior Enterprise Architect role will manage the architecture activities for a defined business segment including the future state architecture, transformation strategy, roadmap, rationalization efforts with the goal of simplifying, transforming the current applications/technologies as well guide future state solutions based on transformation roadmaps.

What are we looking for?

• Senior IT Leaders who are equipped with business functional knowledge (CPG and Petcare) and technology architecture acumen along with transformation experience

• At least 10 years’ experience in IT, including 5 years in IT/Business leadership roles

• User Centred Design and Agile development methodologies a plus

• Experience in specific technology areas related to the specific architecture role being recruited for.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or equivalent

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Partner with business teams, CIO digital teams, end users to understand business needs, drivers, and priorities. Deep understanding of how technology is used to drive business solutions eliminating risk and enabling speed. Ability to adopt and drive composable headless architecture solutions. 

• Partner with external vendors and consultants to understand latest technologies

• Develop a mid-term (12-24 month) strategic roadmap for transformation based on priorities and rationalization plan. 

• Design future state architecture and ensure alignment with new/transformation efforts. 

• Influence and oversee the delivery of the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment of projects with overall architecture, portfolio, and strategy

• Keep the portfolio up to date, driving retirement of legacy solutions/technologies

• Contribute to the design operational processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and compliance with policies and security requirements

• Liaise with service management for key technology architecture introduction and adaption
