In this position, you will be responsible for the development of test programs and test hardware as well as debugging on ATE systems. Additionally, you develop and implement independently complex procedures for testing a chips functionality. Furthermore, you take in information quickly, evaluate it from different points of view, and uncover hidden correlations in it.You are best equipped for those tasks if you have• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable education• At least 5 years of relevant professional semiconductor experience• Solid ATE experience on standard tester platforms such as Teradyne and Advantest• Solid understanding of analog/RF circuit and digital design• Advanced programming (VB) and scripting (python) know-how• Solid understanding of SW architecture and SW engineering• Analytical skills with confident communication capability• Excellent English and ideally German language skills
