We’re looking for a senior ER specialist to join us initially on a fixed term contract, to support our business leaders to make the right ER decisions.
As a senior ER specialist, you’ll take ownership of the more complex and high-profile ER cases. We’ll look to you to provide experienced ER advice and support on a range of cases from performance to grievances, disciplinary, appeal and early conciliation. What you’ll do:
• provide professional ER advice to senior managers and partners across the business
• triage and deal with executive complaints and complex case concerns
• proactively spot and share insights from the cases that you support
• look at ways to continually improve our service and coach line managers
• make sure that cases are assigned, acknowledged, and progressed within agreed timescales
This role would suit people who have:
• a solid understanding of ER processes and proven experience of supporting complex ER cases
• CIPD qualified or equivalent level of experience including an employment law background
• a naturally curious approach
• the ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues at all levels
• high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work
• excellent written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to constructively challenge where appropriate
