Boeing Global Finance Operations Engineering Test & Technology (ET&T) & BR&T has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Earned Value Management Specialist to join our team in Hazelwood, MO, Huntington Beach, CA, Tukwila, WA, Mesa, AZ, Philadelphia, PA, or Huntsville, Alabama. The selected candidate will lead an upcoming $500M+ program and support the assessment of financial earned value management (EVM) requirements during proposal development.

Position Responsibilities: 

• Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools; financial EACs for contracts or programs.
• Develops performance reports. Initiates assignments and leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management.
• Makes recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
• Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends. Leads development of business cases using appropriate indices.
• Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 5+ years of experience in a finance related position including but not limited to: Financial Operations, Material Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts, or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
• 3+ years of experience in Earned value management (EVM)/subject matter expertise 
• 1+ years of experience leading a team and providing guidance to less experienced analysts

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in EVM related tools and processes
• Self-starter who works well under tight guidelines
• Program budget planning, forecasting experience
• Highly effective cross functional communicator
• Ability to advise proposal opportunities and provide recommendations

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
