This role is highly analytical and requires an individual who can manage a team of analysts and direct work in a multi-task, fast-paced and highly complex set of business unit.

The Role

The Senior Director role sits within the Enterprise Technology finance organization managing a team of analysts providing financial decision support to business unit CIO(s) including CTG, ECS and SWE.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics with 10+ years of related work experience. MBA preferred.
  • Applicants must have outstanding management, analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management, and problem-solving capabilities. Flexibility both lead and contribute to teams are a must.
  • Apply a strategic, end to end business perspective with strong execution skills
  • Demonstrate quantitative and qualitative problem solving skills to evaluate business opportunities through the lens of objectivity, optionality and clear considerations
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior executives in a highly matrixed environment
  • Are a self-motivated teammate who brings energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the office
  • Build and motivate effective, results oriented teams through organizational, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Proven FP&A and line finance experience with strong ability to partner with senior managers.
  • Ability to envision the "big picture" while maintaining close attention to detail.
  • Synthesis of analysis and research into strategic insights and practical recommendations.
  • Proven ability to operate in a dynamic and deadline-driven environ
