Responsibilities

• Implements strategies to accelerate the closing of deals and contributes input on strategies to drive and close prioritized opportunities. 
• Dive deep into diverse markets and businesses in varying stages of maturity to uplift Azure Space winning long-term business strategies and near-term go-to-market for each 
• Lead your team to define differentiated, clear and customer-centric narrative, value props, positioning and messaging customized for each market
• Partner closely with engineering teams to shape differentiated product investments that drive innovation and impactful outcomes for our customers in various verticals 
• Provide actionable insights into growth blockers, opportunities, wins and losses and leads to the development of correction of error plans where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Extensive business development and sales experience in tech industries including  as a B2B leader, in various verticals 
• Experience as manager and as manager of managers, leading international teams  
• Diverse experience across large companies and high-growth startups  
• Knowledge of the Space industry, current and emerging 
• Strong track record of fostering a collaborative, diverse, inclusive and transparent team culture with your own team and across your leadership team peers 
• Proven success in working in highly ambiguous environments and working across diverse slate of stakeholders.   
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.   

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
