Our outstanding Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) team is looking for a new Senior digital Product marketing manager!
• Define and implement the successful launch of a new digital platform for families. Grow the audience targeting prioritized family audience segments.
• Identify and develop the key user journeys to the platform from Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid channels.
• Develop a standout, shareable, creative suite of communications assets to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion into the platform.
• Work hand in hand with development and content teams to develop new user journeys into the platform. Ensuring sticky, relevant experiences driving a successful First Time User Experience, continued engagement, sign up, reactivation and retention.
• Work hand in hand with our regional marketers to deliver workable strategies, timely information and usable communication assets for regions and local markets to launch and grow the platform.
• Use the platform as an Owned Channel for The LEGO Group. Partnering with internal global marketers to develop activations for relevant franchise campaigns and other internal business units such as Brand, VIP and retail.
• Represent the platform internally within broader internal Ecosystem discussions and decision-making processes. Work in close collaboration with the LEGO.com experience team & LEGO® Retail teams. Ensuring alignment of plans.
DCE exists to drive meaningful relationships with our audiences, including Kids, Parents, Shoppers, Adults and Families. We engage with audiences directly and nurture those relationships.
DCE Marketing connects with global audiences through inclusive and compelling marketing strategies, cemented in data driven insights, to promote growth and scale within our digital ecosystem. Acquiring new users, retaining existing users and reengaging lapsed users with our owned channels and communities, positively influencing brand affinity and increasing consumer lifetime value.
We work in partnership with our DCE colleagues, our markets & regions to build our digital experiences, franchises and the LEGO® brand.
• Extensive consumer marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing including solid understanding of developing effective consumer facing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Experience & expertise driving predominantly digital membership and loyalty programs + developed understanding of Digital Ecosystems and how audiences interact with them.
• Experience driving forward projects with cross-functional teams.
• Confident and trustworthy colleague with outstanding partner management skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver through people.
• Data curiosity with an analytical approach, influencing partners through insights.
• Test & Learn mentality: always looking to drive efficiencies & best approach through key findings.
• Experience navigating a large matrixed organisation and can work in an agile process.
