Job Description
The Digital Product Manager manages a team of product managers and is responsible for developing digital products and driving new product capabilities from concept to successful delivery and adoption. This role will support the Omni-Channel eCommerce agile product team(s).
Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into innovative solutions – Work closely with our business team and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.
Create a market-leading customer experience – Drive the definition, development and deployment of best-in-class capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS’ strategic and financial objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to drive execution – Partner with project teams, vendors, development, analytics, systems specialists and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation
Build and communicate the vision – This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.
Help drive our digital strategy – Conduct product and competitive research to help shape long and short term strategy while providing quick and clear value add to the business. Keeps apprised of customer needs through interaction with the customer and business stakeholders by conducting interviews, surveys, brainstorming sessions, trade studies, and market research.
Program Backlog Ownership/Prioritization.
• Partner w/ other areas including architecture design, and engineering to lay the ground- work for future feature delivery.
• Prioritizes and aligns the efforts of agile product teams and epics/features associated with programs – managing the flow of work through the program and into the program backlog.
• Owns the program backlog to drive value pricing, licensing, and ROI.
• Identifies dependencies among the teams.
• Works with RTEs, when roadblocks occur, to problem solve and develop mitigation plans.
• Escalates risks and issues to program backlog to stakeholder along with providing recommendations on tradeoffs and solutions.
Establishes feature acceptance criteria
• Sets goals in the assessment of Metrics, including evaluation of business value achieved versus plan including evaluation of business value achieved versus plan, and are active participants in the inspect and adapt workshop.
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience building digital consumer- facing products at scale.
• 2+ years of experience with digital customer centric and user experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• 2+ years of Performance Management and Leadership experience.
• Maintain strong relationships across key stakeholders and constituents.
• Proven ability to deliver convincing business case recommendations to senior management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
• Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse teams .
• Familiarity with agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with content management solutions (e.g. Contentful, Adobe AEM)
* Experience managing iOS & Android mobile app products.
*Experience leading platform-based products to scale.
*Experience with ecommerce, payment subscription processes and ordering platforms.
*Maintain strong relationships across key stakeholders and constituents.
*Proven ability to deliver convincing business case recommendations to senior management.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
*Demonstrated collaborative style, with ability to lead and influence diverse teams.
*Familiarity with agile processes, such as scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
*Master’s Degree preferred
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
