What’s the role about?
The John Lewis Partnership is recruiting for a Senior Digital Performance Analyst to join the Financial Services team. This role reports into the Digital Marketing Lead and works alongside a team of channel specialists to deliver an ambitious multi-channel acquisition programme in this fast-growing area of the Partnership. As a Partner in our business your number one focus is to work collaboratively to create more value for our customers and our business.
As a Senior Analyst within the Financial Services Digital Marketing team you will be known for your technical expertise, delivering actionable insight based on sound data analysis of all digital acquisition activity; integrating multiple sources, to improve the efficiency of channel activity and marketing spend.
What will you be doing?
Support teams to achieve their goals and objectives through the effective design and delivery of customer insight led marketing campaigns
Provide effective analysis and interpretation of campaign effectiveness and changes to customer behaviour as well as extracting and preparing large data sets to support effective campaign delivery
Work effectively with Channel leads deploy agreed systems and processes to manage and prioritise workload

What you'll have
Proven extensive experience of working in a campaign operations team
Sound working knowledge of digital marketing platforms and martech
Strong analytical skills - ability to synthesise complex and ambiguous information in order to drive actionable insight brought to life through communication and visualisation
Solid understanding of marketing practices across digital marketing channels
What else could you bring?
Database querying experience (SQL) and working knowledge of BigQuery and Snowflake is an advantage
Working knowledge of the GCP environment, including cloud functions and scheduled queries.
Knowledge of coding - Python
Experience in building Tableau dashboards
