· Shape the experience of LEGO online shoppers by driving Ecommerce-focused creative and digital merchandising activities across its Western European markets
· Create, tailor and deploy on-brand assets and strategies for multiple product lines
· Collaborate closely with global and local teams in Sales and Marketing. Crafting creative strategies to elevate the shopper experience with the objective of growing conversion across our B2B ecommerce business
· Along with LEGO’s internal Agency, the regional eCommerce Competency Center and the Western European Marketing team, collaborate on the development and creation of timely, relevant creative assets.
· Become a key input and value adding member to the global content production process, providing expert knowledge and insights on creative assets to drive conversion, build brand engagement and increase LTV
· Enable Data Driven Decision Making through reliable and timely performance reporting against conversion metrics
· Partner with cross-functional and global teams to guide creation of forward-thinking, ecommerce-ready content and assets that meet e-retailer requirements
· Demonstrated ability in eCommerce working as a content strategist, content manager, or e-merchandiser with emphasis on optimizing the online shopper journey and building brand engagement
· Experience in establishing and leading digital merchandising activities, bringing in and embedding tools to ensure regular monitoring and tracking of digital sales fundamentals
· Demonstrated proficiency in motivating a high performing team and managing creative processes
· Extensive experience using design, UX and mock-ups
· In-depth knowledge related to conversation rate optimization and the capability to demonstrate data driven insights for strategic planning and development
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate across functions
· Expertise in analysis of customer and sales data in order to drive creative and merchandising decisions
The B2B eCommerce Centre of Excellence (CoE) is accountable for the execution of all digital and eCommerce-related activities within the Western Europe region.
Our Digital Merchandising team plays a significant role in supporting a shopper-first objective by driving eCommerce growth through shopper-led, data driven insights, and a meticulous test and learn approach to keep LEGO at the forefront.
