Core Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy and Initiatives: Executing digital marketing strategy to support growth and demand generation in new markets. Creating and implementing an effective program of digital communication activities aligned to global and regional requirements and campaigns. Input into plans to enhance our social media strategy to reflect the needs of our digital customers.
- Managing Content: Define and develop content we want to share with our digital customers and work closely with strategic category marketers to deliver concise and impactful content relevant to customer needs. Drive the delivery of creative video content for marketing, promoting our capabilities, with support from technical teams. Work alongside the regional teams to adapt and localize campaign content suitable for selected channels and appropriate regional audiences.
- Customer-Centricity: Support the delivery of a customer-centric, high-quality digital platform to improve the customer and employee experience. Understand customers digital needs and ensure Ingredion develops its digital capability to successfully accelerate sales and customer satisfaction. Conduct Customer Analysis.
- Digital Marketing Tools and Events: Define and support with implementation of interactive tools to help enable customers connect with and take part in problem solving discussions. Supports initiatives to enhance sales performance through expanded use of digital and social processes and capabilities. Coordinate regional digital events, using global tools where possible or available. Support the continual development of the new digital hub, working with customers and focus groups to enhance the hub functionality and reviewing periodically how it can be improved
- Website Management: Ensure that customer facing websites are kept up-to-date and continuously refreshed, to help drive lead generation marketing goals. Measuring the effectiveness of regional websites and extranets, and identifying and implementing improvement actions, with support from the global center of excellence for metrics analytics. Work to improve the conversion process and user experience.
- Internal Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the global centers of excellence (Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing), and with key stakeholders, including regional marcoms, sales and go-to-market teams to lead regional digital marketing initiatives.
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements:
- Educated to bachelor’s degree level or equivalent (ideally in marketing, marketing communications, digital marketing)
- Strong skills in digital marketing tools and best practices, with experience in roles supporting multiple digital channels and CRM solutions (specifically Salesforce.com and Pardot)
- Knowledge in digital technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Google search, Adwords
- Experience in managing social media campaigns – specifically on LinkedIn.com
- Content and portal management, creating video content
- Strong project management skills
Desirable requirements:
- Experience with HTML, and other digital technologies such as creative and development software is an advantage
- Experience in B2B environment
- Experience with developing and / or managing an online customer portal
- Experience within a matrix or global organization
