Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our energetic and passionate Digital Marketing team, who are responsible for a large portion of web traffic and bookings across all core TUI products. 

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you would be joining the Digital Marketing Analytics function who act as an internal agency for the Digital Marketing team. You would be responsible for the creation, setup and maintenance of the reporting Cloud Data systems used to collect and process the UK Digital Marketing datasets. This will include working closely with the UK and Group Digital teams to ensure that the data is accurate and received in a timely manner. You will also be working on key projects such as in-house measurement solutions to ensure that TUI remains on the cutting edge of tech.

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

  • Accountable for accurate and fit for purpose reporting suite for the Digital Marketing team
  • Support the reporting for multiple products to help enable more data driven decisions across all TUI products
  • Being responsible for the existing reporting Cloud infrastructure, whilst looking at future opportunities to iterate and improve the setup using the tool
  • Collaborate with Customer and Commercial teams both in the UK and Group to provide a greater level of data unification across the business
  • Provide additional insight to the Digital Marketing teams to drive more effective decision making and greater performance
  • Work alongside third-party agencies to help enhance our technical capabilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive – Data & Integrations to verify tagging and data sources are working as expected, and make alterations and additions as required

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • Experience using Cloud technologies, such as BigQuery, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Storage, Data Studio, Cloud Functions, S3, Athena and SageMaker
  • Proficient in Python and SQL essential, with other programming languages preferred
  • Knowledge of how to set up and maintain native and non-native API connections to Cloud systems
  • Experience working with/in a large enterprise business preferable 
  • Experience working within an agency/in-house analytics marketing team preferred
  • Solid understanding of coding best practices & how to adapt these to requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with experience of working across multiple different teams in different countries with varying knowledge levels
  • Highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
