At E-commerce & Engagement we do this for all our business customers: from freelancers to large corporates. A broad target group with different needs, for which we develop relevant digital solutions and products. E-Commerce is a frontrunner when it comes to data-driven thinking: you will also be a driving force in this. That is why we are now looking for a Senior Digital Marketer. Your mission? Creating maximum impact and digital engagement for our prospects and existing customers on attractive business banking products.
You are the business owner of one or two digital products, such as Finance, Factoring or Accounting. This means that you and your colleagues ensure that we market this product as effectively as possible, optimize the conversion, bring relevant traffic to the product and thus maximize the results of the propositions. In this role you ensure an optimal customer experience and you work together with colleagues on optimizing the online funnels that the customer goes through. Do you know your way around the digital landscape and do you keep up with the development of propositions, content and campaigns always keep the customer in mind? Can you share your findings in a convincing way with your team and stakeholders like no other? And are you looking for an ambitious environment in which you yourself have a lot of impact on the quality of our team and our services? Then we are looking for you!
You are part of the E-Commerce & Engagement Business Clients team, but also of the OKR teams of your propositions. This means that you work on your propositions in an agile way in multidisciplinary teams of experts; by improving the customer journey, making product recommendations, developing campaigns and optimizing conversion. You have the lead on all digital aspects of a proposition and you are the expert in the field of digital sales: a true expert in your field.
In short:
- You are responsible for the digital results and the use of your product(s).
- You work closely with different stakeholders in a multidisciplinary team: direct colleagues or from other teams.
- You advise and convince stakeholders and management where necessary about optimizing and improving the product.
- You optimize customer journeys together with the CRO Specialist.
- You improve traffic together with the Paid Media Specialist, SEO Specialist and Marketing Automation Specialist, in collaboration with our online media agency.
Fortunately, you are not alone, because you have a team of experts around you to help you. Think of traffic and conversion specialists (SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Marketing Automation) and analysts (Client Data & Web Data) and Content Experts. In this way, each team member contributes to your propositions from an expertise and they support you at your request. You report to the Head of Daily Banking & NCTO (E-Commerce & Engagement). The Customer Digital Engagement team for Business Banking currently consists of approximately 25 team members, each with their own expertise and focus area. We are growing fast and expect to welcome even more colleagues in 2022.
