• Support development of a framework and strategy toward audience-first marketing, enabling LEGO Group to define, understand and target relevant shoppers across digital touchpoints in performance marketing channels
• Facilitate audience-based insights, sharing across LEGO Retail partners and wider LEGO business units for a cohesive understanding of our priority and strategic audiences.
• Connect relevant insights across various ad platforms, web analytics, and other external tools to help drive reactive measures to grow our active shopper base
• Turn user experience feedback into tangible marketing activities to remove friction through a more relevant, personalised journey on LEGO.com
• Prioritize strategic media questions from our performance marketing team, and build a methodical approach to answering these questions through experimentation, in partnership with our Digital Insights team
• Establishing the playbook for enhancing 1st party data remarketing, prioritizing the right message for the right audience, at the right time across all touchpoints
• Turning CRM profile data into specific audience segments across ad platforms, including Google and Facebook ecosystems
LEGO Retail is a fast-paced, energetic team which is focused on building up the LEGO Brand’s own ecosystem, with a sharp focus on ecommerce and audience-first brand building experiences.
Working within our branded ecosystem, this role will be strongly tied to digital performance metrics that support not only the online business, but the wider LEGO Group. This role will be especially focused on building great cross-channel engagement, and ultimately finding innovative ways to deliver incremental visitors and shoppers into the LEGO world.
• Proven track record of digital marketing experience, with hands-on tactical experience across CRM platforms and advertising platforms for remarketing and lookalike/similar audiences
• Incredibly structured and organized approach to performance data; proficient levels in excel and analytics
• Proven history of collaboration across various departments and topics, able to clearly articulate upside potential and downside risk in any approach and focused on outcomes.
• Working knowledge of Zero, First, Second, Third Party data
• Experience working alongside stakeholders in legal and data compliance roles, relating to marketing data
