Senior DevOps Engineer

Fidelity TalentSource is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity DevOps Engineer to join the Data Detection, Security & Response Chapter within the Software Engineering Domain.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technology field
• Proven track record in a cloud DevOps role, cloud architectures and solutions is required
• CI/CD pipeline automation and orchestration utilizing Bitbucket, Artifactory, Jenkins as well as scripting knowledge (python, Shell) is required
• Experience in working with cloud computing technologies (MS Azure / AWS) is required
• Experience in images rehydration and high availability disaster recovery architectures is helpful
• Experience in Cybersecurity Database activity Logging & Monitoring
• Experience with AWS CloudWatch
• Experience with Guardium, jSonar and Splunk
• Experience of working with global teams, across different time zones.
• AWS or Azure Certified preferred
• Experience in working with Agile Scrum methodology

The Skills You Bring

• Solid understanding of supporting operating systems (Linux and Windows) from Engineering standpoint
• Proven understanding of cloud/on prem/hybrid database deployment models
• Experience with ITIL or another IT service management framework
• Familiarity with security standards, regulations, and reports (PCI, SOX, HIPPA, GDPR, ISO 27001)
• Excellent system analysis and problem-solving skills
• Experience Troubleshooting Difficult Technical Problems
• Proven understanding in engineering the phased/layered Test approaches
• Experience in working with financial services industries

• You will be responsible for providing ongoing production support including incident, change and release management activities
• You will be required to participate in our global on-call rotation to ensure platform availability and stability

• You will use well established enterprise standards, processes and procedures to ensure engineering activities are delivered in a timely fashion with high quality of work product

• Our team focuses on Database Activity Monitoring for our most critical database platforms. We architect, design, deploy, coordinate, support, and maintain global deployments of database activity monitoring capabilities. We have strong technical backgrounds, ability to address sophisticated problems, innovative thinking, excellent communication, and willingness to drive customer happiness directly with end users.
