A day in the life
Developers Advocates represent AWS externally in the technical community, they inspire and guide Builders in their journey by producing technical artifacts (videos, blog posts, code sample, workshops, presentations...). They meet Builders where they are (in-person, virtually, at every steps of their journey).
Developer Advocates represent Builders internally within the Service Teams and act as the voice of the community internally. They identify gaps in our products, services and documentations. They drive feedback gathering from users for product development teams to review and act upon. They have an impact on product roadmaps.
