•Translate business questions into requirements for data analytics, ensuring the needed tracking is defined and in our analytics tools.
•Define needs for dashboards (strategic level) and build and facilitate the use of standard reports and self-service in the Family Engagement product and business teams along with training, sparring and support (tactical and operational level).
•Carry out ad hoc analyses on specific topics both in agreement with product and business leads and on your own initiative.
•Turn raw data into meaningful product and business stream insights.
•Participate in data analytics network collaboration focused on building ways of working, core metrics alignment and establish best ways of working with other insight and data specialists.
•Develop consumer and shopper insights from historical trends and existing data, share and interpret those findings with senior leadership.
•Proactively define and communicate the consumer and shopper journey in Family Engagement to identify gaps and opportunities and work with the relevant teams to define insight-based actions (and subsequently measure, evaluate and learn from implemented actions)
•Drive our user insights test-and-learn agenda, looking at new methodologies, data sources and insight partners that will enable us to get a more well-rounded view of the shopper, using the latest tech innovation.
Family Engagement is a newly established portfolio within Digital Consumer Engagement. Our focus is on establishing two-way, long lasting and meaningful relationships with our consumers and shoppers. Our mission is to better connect adults with the children in their lives through the LEGO system of play.

•Significant experience with business insights in a marketing or a product development context including games or other digital products, with proven track record for driving business actions based on insights.
•Experience in turning raw data into meaningful insights using SQL and Microsoft PowerBI (Tableau or similar tools).
•Experience in creating meaningful data visualisation and communicating this with senior partners.
•A structured quick learner with determination to deliver results, a naturally curious collaborator.
•Experience managing multiple projects and partners in a fast moving, results-focused and agile business environment.
•Able to build robust working relationships with colleagues and partners. Credible and highly respected.
•Understanding of data sources, research methods and applied statistics.
•Experience with moderate to large-scale data sets.
Preferred
•Experience in innovation research
•Experience in applying advanced analytics to inform product or marketing strategy
•Retail / E-Commerce experience
•Fluency in SQL (Hive, Impala) or similar experience in analysing large structured and unstructured datasets
•Working with AI-driven platforms/solutions to create high value insights and direct reporting delivery
