The Role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join a SaaS/cloud-first, innovative, fast-paced technology team within Asset Management on the FAMS Distribution Data Analytics squad. You will focus on understanding all existing FAMS Distribution applications and will work with the squad members to develop and deliver advanced data and analytics capabilities that delight our customers and help drive revenue growth. FAMS Distribution Data Analytics squad is responsible for data movement to our CRM platform and eventually to Snowflake ecosystem. You will work closely with the Squad Lead, Scrum Master, Developers, and perform systems analysis to support new and existing FAMS Distribution products. The role can be based out of Smithfield-RI, Boston-MA, Merrimack-NH, Raleigh-NC, or Westlake-TX.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Minimum 6 years systems analyst experience; with a focus in financial services applications is a plus
• Proven experience performing complex data analysis using SQL on oracle database and Excel
• Proven understanding of technology inclusive of user interface, data flows, back-end systems, and APIs
• Proven experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
• Experience in delivering software in the Agile environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, allowing you to interview Business partners to understand objectives, use cases and requirements
• Strong analytical skills, enabling you to research, document and review existing systems and recommend designs for achieving requirements for self-contained projects within a larger program
• Proficiency in writing user and system stories and all the supporting documentation
• Ability to diagram business processes and system workflows

Nice To Have

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Snowflake and Python scripting
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and EKS
• Experience with Java and webservices
