Every day is different, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a vast number of initiatives across the Web and Apps domain. You’ll help the teams with data implementation and also drive the roadmap of our data implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define the best practices when it comes to tracking

• Define the roadmap of our data implementation

• Support other team member (Data Implementation Analyst)

• Transform business requirements into technical specifications in line with guidelines specified by Digital Analytics team

• Work with engineers in Web and Apps teams to implement tracking in iOS, Android Apps and websites

• Help with acceptance criteria and troubleshooting of analytics related issues and provide QA sign off for tech implementation

• Provide subject matter expertise concerning the solution roadmap for tracking across business

• We would like to meet someone with:

• Good technical implementation aspects pertaining to Adobe Analytics

• Good understanding of HTML, JavaScript, web tagging

• The ability to translate non-technical business requirements into clear analytics briefs

• Some knowledge in Data Services area (Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Data Stewardship etc.)

Experience and Skills

• Hands on experience in Adobe tracking, preparing technical specifications, helping engineers through implementation and testing

• 2 years of overall Adobe Analytics experience

• Experience in defining and configuring processing rules within Adobe, help prepare dashboards, reports etc.

• Experience of defining tracking requirements to support the development of site features and functionality

• Proven track record of working with various internal and external stakeholders

• Strong quantitative, problem solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment

• Ideal candidate would have a good knowledge of industry best practices, be familiar with ecommerce / online retailing and how analytics helps drive better decision making.
