YOUR MISSION & PROJETS

Day to day :

• You run various projects for our clients: You define, and help framing the client needs. You animate workshops, design & configure the tool, ensure good coordination with our internal teams, as well as with the clients
• You manipulate data : You integrate the data of your client into Toucan Toco’s application
• You contribute to the constant improvement of the tool & unite/create cohesion around the product
• You help building the US delivery team by creating workflows and contributing to the continuous improvement of our methods
• You contribute to Toucan Toco’s expansion : Training partners & clients, leading international projects, engaging with your US & French team, etc.
• You manage your own portfolio of clients: You will be responsible for your own accounts on the long term, ensuring their satisfaction and growth, creating upsell and client retention
