•Lead the CRM Campaigns team, deciding and designing the “how†and “who†for all direct outbound CRM comms
•Organise and priortise work using JIRA
•Ensure processes and QA are all at the highest level.
•Work closely with the CRM Comms Manager on planning and optimization opportunities.
•Work closely with the CRM Testing & Personalisation Manager on personalisation and testing opportunities.
•Work with various partners on accelerations, trouble shooting and roll out of new functionality
As a part of our Retail organisation, the Global Ecommerce team drives the development of LEGO.com and digital shopper channels across regions, including new market entry, and plays a pivotal element of our commercial strategy.
Working with such a cross-functional team to support delivering amazing shopper experiences for our entire fan base means a continuously changing, dynamic work environment and ability to see a real impact in how we bring LEGO values to life on a daily basis.
•Extensive working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and core CRM principles
•Experience with the complexity of dynamic comms (over 70 locales)
•Technical aptitude
•Basic working knowledge of HTML and AmpScript
•Highly organised, structured, enthusiastic, positive and pragmatic approach
•Significant experience with email marketing
•Open, collaborative communication style, with experience of working across cultures and time zones to build connected, balanced relationships
•Experience managing a team
Preferred:
•Experience with other channels such as PUSH, SMS and social is preferred
•Experience with ecommerce platforms or the retail industry is preferred
•Experience with SQL is useful
