Description and Requirements

The role is required to work with the Business Unit in the go-to Market team to create, maintain the products and service offerings. Will be trained from Zimit on how to configure Consulting Services offerings in Zimit and then contribute to configuration of the offerings.  This role will eventually need to be operationalized to take guidance from Go-to-Market team for changes to maintain existing and configure new GS offerings, pricing, etc.

Desired and Required Skills:

• 10+ years of IT experience with at-least 3 years as a CPQ (Configure Price Quote) Specialist/Analyst role
• Good experience of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) product like Zimit or equivalent in using it for Software Consulting Services Organization
• Understanding of operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process and contract life-cycle management for Software Consulting Organizations
• Experience in creating process documentation
• Knowledge of MIS reporting is beneficial
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Word
  • Must - formulas, V lookups or Index match, if/then logic
  • Desirable - Macros and Visual Basic
• Good understanding of software pricing structures and discounting using different CPQ tools
• Familiarity with Consulting Services Orders and Contracts
• Template Management
