Job Requirements
The skillset required for success in this role will include:
• BS in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering disciplines, with experience in manufacturing operations and quality systems.
• Previous experience with Lean/6sigma programs required.
• A growth seeking individual who is energized by continuous learning, development, and advancement, and is willing to work toward those goals through self-determination. This role will offer growth potential in Americas C.I., as well as future Line Management openings throughout the Americas.
• 5-10 years prior experience in a manufacturing leadership role with a proven track record.
• Strong collaboration skills are a must for this role. Must be able to work with various levels within and external to the organization while demonstrating emotional intelligence.

• Classroom/platform skills. (Must be willing to lead presentations and content in a classroom / lab environment)
