Job Description

Senior Consultant - Healthcare with Capita Healthcare Decisions to join our iCompare consultancy team to work with NHS clients to support them in their journey improving services for their patients.

Location - Home -Based with regular travel requirements to client sites in England and Wales including overnight stays where required

Full UK Driving License required

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for delivering contracted services to individual clients participating in CHKS National Benchmarking Programmes.

  • Applies statistical techniques for data analysis, validation and to support the decision-making process while facilitating organizational improvement and success.

  • Undertake timely and accurate data analysis, the preparation and presentation of reports, together with the delivery of consultancy support for days for client’s.

  • Support and facilitate CHKS clients to interpret and gain a greater understanding of organisational performance, and to advise and facilitate organisational change.

  • Input into the specification of, and take full responsibility for, the production and delivery of varied health-related consultancy assignments.

  • Feed into the development needs of CHKS programmes/analytics tools in line with client feedback and requirements when required to do so.

  • Support other members of the CHKS consultancy team as required on other initiatives/projects run by CHKS or the wider Capita Healthcare Decisions group.

  • Support the Director and other senior staff in the promotion and development of CHKS and its range of services within the healthcare sector.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in Healthcare domain

  • Must have sound understanding of Healthcare analytics , data sets and hospital data systems

  • Advance user of MS -Excel

  • Performs data analysis and valuation using statistical techniques, such as Decision Tree analytics and Model score validations to ensure data accuracy and validity.

  • Participates in the preparation and delivery of decision support reports to both internal and external customers.

  • Analyse performance data and prepare reports associated with CHKS’ client commitments.

  • Present and discuss data and reports with clients, offering guidance and facilitating follow up action where relevant.

  • Write proposals and present to existing and new clients.

  • Take lead responsibility for the production of consultancy assignments for healthcare clients.
