All members of our team work with our most senior leaders on a day to day basis. This gives everyone the opportunity to learn from industry leaders with 20+ years of experience in H&W consulting. 10-15+ years of demonstrated experience working with disability, life insurance, and other group insurance and income replacement benefits, either within a benefit consulting/brokerage firm or at an insurance company/TPA.

5-10 years proven disability/leave consulting experience gained in a benefit consulting/brokerage firm serving large and/or mid-sized employers.

Leading fully insured vendor RFP and renewal negotiations, supported by an evaluation of claim experience and underwriting methodologies.

Strategizing with employers to design effective vacation, PTO, and paid leave programs, including the development of pricing models and the evaluation of administration strategies and TPAs.

Partnering with clients and internal ongoing health & welfare consulting teams on the ongoing management of their current benefits, programs, and vendors, including the monitoring of claims experience and administrative performance, and the implementation of process improvements as needed.
