Partner with the best
 As a Senior Commodity Manager, you'll develop a team of commodity leaders and sourcing quality engineers. You'll work closely with senior business stakeholders to build the global Sourcing Strategy. You'll shape commodity strategies, achieve deflation targets, manage supply risk and relationships with strategic suppliers.

As Senior Commodity Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Defining the Telecom commodity strategy including management and optimization of suppliers to align with business priorities and meet business targets
• Enforcing business policies to meet business targets and customer needs
• Leading RFQs, negotiations and award business to winning suppliers based on parameters set by internal customers and business requirements
• Supporting multiple stakeholders within the Baker Hughes Sourcing organization
• Defining supplier strategy including management and optimization of supplier panels. Lead negotiations and allocate needs to specific suppliers

Fuel your passion
 To be successful in this role you will:

• Display additional experience and knowledge in Commodity Management
• Demonstrate extensive competence in building sourcing strategies, negotiations, supplier selection/ management and negotiating sourcing contracts
• Have 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelors degree or its equivalent
• Be a natural communicator, able to share ideas clearly and concisely in both written and verbal methods
