We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Senior Channels Strategy Manager working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets. Role Purpose You will be a key member of the Group Customer Channels team, reporting to the Head of Business Management & Strategy, GCC with responsibility for Customer Channels strategy. The primary focus is on definition, adaptation and execution of a coherent Customer Channels strategy, which joins up across Customer Channels and aligns to the Digital Strategy. To be successful you will collaboratively develop the strategy involving multiple stakeholders (Channels, Propositions, Markets, and Functions). Using a hypothesis-led and data driven approach, the individual will use external and internal insights to identify and inform the strategic choices we must make. The role holder will be responsible ensuring the required support / buy-in to the strategy and appropriate approvals for the strategy. They will also be responsible for monitoring the execution and delivery of strategic commitments, including those that are globally consistent and those that allow for variations in different markets. You will develop trusted relationships with Channel Heads, Market stakeholders and WPB Channel Heads in-country. They will leverage global teams and market talent to input to the strategy and drive execution of the strategy. You will be responsible for evolving the strategy over time and assessing impacts on the strategy following changes in the external environment and internally within HSBC. They will also be responsible for establishing success criteria for the strategy and measuring the achievement of those criteria.
