Advanced Systems Group (ASG) is a newly formed stand-alone division of Brunswick, the world’s largest recreational marine business.  We are seeking a Senior Channel Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

We are looking for a dynamic and seasoned marketing leader to harness the power of the ASG brand and portfolio of brands, including Attwood, Blue Sea Systems, CZone, Mastervolt, and more and lead the channel marketing team. This leader will be responsible to deliver strategic marketing leadership with key areas of responsibility that include Customer Marketing, Trade Advertising, Co-Marketing, Events, and Product Launch support.

This role will be responsible for the development of strategies and directing brand execution through innovative marketing programs designed to support both B2C and B2B engagement. The role is integral to fueling continued growth for the ASG portfolio of brands and will be responsible to deliver optimal marketing impact and increased customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and strengthen the marketing partnership with OEMs, distributors, and retailers
• Partner with internal sales team to build and execute plans
• Build and lead a team of channel marketing professionals
• Oversee the development of new event strategy and execution
• Work cross-functionally with Communications, Product, and Digital brand teams to support product launches
• Uphold brand style guide and consistency based on strategy
• Manage and optimize marketing budget for Channel Marketing team

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for improving (transforming) consumer experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 6-10 years of leadership in brand/marketing management for consumer products
• Strong track record of experience with both B2B and B2C marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships
• Proficiency in directing the creative and execution process for events and tradeshows
• Ability to persuasively present ideas to colleagues and senior management
• Skilled at managing large projects and meeting deadlines
• A true leader with a passion for having an impact
• Marine experience preferred
