• Shape and deliver our Integrated Commercial Plan [ICP] and Channel Strategy (40%)
• Driving Sales Processes (40%)
• Account meetings, support and presentations (20%)

This position provides with the opportunity to help us inspire the Builders of tomorrow. It offers an in-depth understanding of Toy Category, Shopper behaviour, consumer path to purchase and retailer landscape across the UK Market. The role provides exposure and collaboration with a wide range of key partners within the organisation at local, and regional level such as Customer Development Regional Teams, B2B Ecommerce Center of Excellence, Local Ecommerce and Sales Teams as well as our global Market and Commercial Development function, all if which can be seen as long-term development focus areas and all that sit within the UK.
Do you have what it takes?
• Degree level or relevant and demonstrated experience
• High level of Category Management experience and commercial understanding preferably in the FMCG or Retail space
• Strategically strong with a pragmatic approach to wider business challenges
• Excellent communication and networking skills with strong analytical capabilities and how to deliver the data to commercial leaders
• Significant Exposure to joint business planning and an understanding of contingency planning in a fast-paced and data driven environment
• Understanding of UK retail landscape and how shopper behave working with insight to build a picture
• A natural presenter of commercial data
• Interpersonal and creative problem solving skills
• Excellent computer skills – across all Microsoft packages (advanced Excel, word and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and experience with agile project management methodology is an advantage in this role
• Ability to travel to and from customer sites is essential (all UK based)
• English fluency both written and spoken is essential
