Job Requirements

• Age between 20-40 Years / Male
• Full or Part Degree/Professional Qualification in Finance, Marketing or Management will be an added advantage 
• Ability to converse fluently in English/Sinhala is a must and Tamil would be an added advantage 
• Should be a team player with good leadership skills and ability to liaise closely with the branch network, also willing to travel extensively across the branch network
• Proven track record in achieving business targets 
• Possess a valid riding/driving license

Senior Business Development Officer/Executive

• Minimum 5 years' experience in generating business volume in Leasing and other financial products, with good credit evaluating skills

Senior Marketing Officer

• 2 to 4 years' experience in generating business volume in Leasing and other financial products, with good credit evaluating skills

Marketing Officer

• Minimum 2 years' experience in generating business volume in Leasing and other financial products, with good credit evaluating skills
