Job Description:
As a Senior Business Consultant, you will work within the WI Agile framework as a member of the Customer Solutions Chapter. Partnering with multiple squad leaders to provide effective product leadership and management with a focus on communication, risk mitigation, quality assurance, effective delivery and building positive relationships.
In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering quality solutions by supporting the successful planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives while ensuring consistency with Product strategy, commitments, and goals.
The successful candidate should be curious, love to tackle problems and be willing and comfortable operating in the gray. Also, the candidate needs to be an excellent communicator comfortable with communicating with senior leaders within the firm. You will be involved with the Employee & Associate Content Product Area and work closely with a team of cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, Business and Technology partners
Expertise and Skill you Bring
Customer obsessed; committed to delivering frequent, high business value features
Proficiency in various business analysis methodologies, including data analysis, uses case development, story writing, and user acceptance testing and product documentation. Ability to use of data in decision making, both in day-to-day leadership and strategic tradeoff analyses
Ability to clearly articulate product vision and features
5+ years of proven experience leading sophisticated, multi-workstream, multi-year programs
Strong communication skills, including strength in working across functional boundaries, and interact, influence, and work effectively with various levels of management and peers
Skills to proactively inspire change, conduct planning sessions with team members to break down work and prioritize and plan for delivery, ensuring acceptance and readiness at key phases of the delivery cycle
Strong consulting and conflict resolution skills
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to balance a range of priorities
Ability to find opportunities to innovate and take thoughtful risks to get the work done better and faster
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Financial services and agile experience preferred

Work with key partners to define product features and maintain awareness of internal and external market trends
Actively manage partner expectations and maintain strong communication throughout each release
Lead organizational readiness activities, addressing obstacles and opportunities related to product delivery
Synthesize feedback to influence the squads’ goals and visions
Partner with Squad Leaders to develop and prioritize product strategies. Communicate potential issues to the Squad Leaders in a clear and timely manner
Collaborate across multiple squads within Domain to ensure backlog alignment and coordinate initiatives as appropriate
Facilitate Client and Associate experience conversations with business partners using journey mapping and other design processes
Continuously improved execution through a culture of learning and experimentation (educated risk taking) and data driven, timely decision making
Proactively partnering with technology delivery teams, business partners, and other center of excellence leaders to:
influence strategic decisions
measure performance through established critical metrics and deliver agreed upon business, technology, and people results
set and enforce standards and ensure the work performed is aligned with established road maps
remove impediments to deliver value
