What will you be doing? 

• You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and positively influence outcomes, whilst ensuring alignment with relevant enterprise-wide strategies.
• You will capture, analyse and document business process requirements.
• You will elicit and validate the non-functional requirements, including performance, implementation design, usability, security & audit, and appropriate legislative requirements
• You will encourage Agile ways of working, coaching teams in best refinement practices, in both your own teams and in partnership with other teams
• You will communicate requirements to development teams using appropriate documentation (Lean Canvas, Epics, User stories), 

Who are we looking for?

• You will have a strong Agile background – working in Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban teams
• You will have solid examples of practical experience in business analysis tools and techniques
• You will have cross-functional experience working with other disciplines (namely UX, Tech/Architecture, QA and Design), possibly within an Agile environment, or using Agile practices
• You will have digital experience, preferably across a variety of different clients/industries/systems
• You will have experience Mentoring, and coaching other more junior members of the BA team in the tools, techniques, and principles needed to be a successful BA
