Duties:

Prepare, draft and review requirements specifiaction

Analyse rerquirements

Liasion with business users to study the existing processes and systems, analyse the requirements and propose new improvements

Prepare reports using various statistical methods and present to business users and IT management

Present requirements in a form which can be used by the developers to implement the functionality

Prepare use cases and develop test cases for UAT

Review requirements artefcts and test cases developed by the team

Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills :

5 -7 years of relevant IT BA experience with Scrum experience is a MUST

Good handson experience in writing user stories and coordinating UAT

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)

Well versed in various SDLC phases

Good analytical and process skills

Very good interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in modelling and mapping business process software

Experience in airline domain is an added advantage
