What will you do?

• Eliciting, elaborating and grooming business requirements, prioritizing roadmaps, drafting user stories, envisioning user experiences, and creating product backlogs leveraging the relevant tools and techniques required.
• Liaising with business users to study the existing processes and systems, analyze the requirements and propose new improvements.
• Prepare reports using various statistical methods and present to business users and IT management.
• Present requirement in a form which can be used by the developers to implement the functionality.
• Develop test cases for UAT.
• Review requirements artefacts and test cases developed by the team.

 
What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/ Management & IT/ Engineering with 3+ yrs. experience in a similar role, or equivalent.
• Overall knowledge of the tools and techniques required for developing and organizing business requirements in a distributed product team.
• Familiarity with the software product development lifecycle, technology, databases, and with the Scrum or Lean Scaled Agile approach to delivery and crafting winning user experiences for Web and Mobile applications.
• A keen conversationalist who can navigate through complex requirements brainstorming discussions.
• Strong analytical, presentation, PR and communication skills, with out of the box thinking, positive and can-do attitude and ability to take responsibility and work independently
• Ability to manage and develop the team.
