RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business Requirements gathering to support the development of our software application
• Be accountable for successful implementation of projects according to business requirements and system standards
• Participate in all stages the project lifecycle from discovery, planning, design, development through testing and deployment
• Develop working relationships with other members of technology team and business stakeholders
• Share knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation
• Work at his/her own direction and balance competing priorities and customer needs
• Provide support for requirements documentation, test planning and UAT
• Present Requirements to Business stakeholders and operations team to measure initiatives, provide business insights, and improve results

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in an agile environment
• Proven experience working with technical leads, programmers and developers to translate requirements into system designs
• Experience using Oracle PL/SQL or SQL Server databases
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Pentaho or similar BI and ETL tools is desirable
• Strong understanding of relational databases and database structures
• An understanding of a variety of modeling and/or diagramming techniques, with the ability to create process flow diagrams and the ability to read data flow and entity relationship models
• Knowledge in how to tie business systems and processes, as well as ability to understand technical problems and solutions in relation to current as well as future business environments
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems
• Excellent critical thinking skills, the ability to ask probing questions to understand business objective
• Be highly organized and manage project deliverables to timelines. Must be self-driven to complete work on/ahead of Schedule
• Excellent English written and verbal skills
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
