The Role
As a member of the Digital Planning squad, you will collaborate with your team and our business partners to reinvent the digital financial planning experience by defining problems, conducting research and/or analysis, and developing a solution that supports our digital offering. In the role, you will be:
Identifying the needs and problems of our customers
Keeping a pulse on emerging financial services, financial planning tools, technology, user experience and social trends.
Leading conceptualization, development, and execution of new strategies, focused on quantifying and presenting the value that Fidelity’s digital offerings provide
Driving and supporting key aspects of the strategy and digital product development life cycle including business case development, business requirements, and crafting and implementing end-to-end digital experiences
Working with both internal and external partners to optimize customer experiences
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
Strong analysis skills and ability work with multiple partners
Experience building innovative digital experiences
Data focused approach to articulating client needs in the design of products and solutions
Implementing, measuring, and applying metrics to support rapid test and learn
Ability to build credibility and trust with a diverse set of partners and understand how to influence without authority
Ability to think broadly about both digital experiences, as well as how unique elements fit in an end-to-end experience
Dedication to cross-functional collaboration in agile, client-centric, fast paced environments
Bachelor’s or equivalent with 5 (+) years of experience
The Team
The Young Customer Product Area was stood up to lead the enterprise strategy to attract and retain our next generation of customers. It is a global team that is supported by multiple business units. The team is responsible for determining the young product strategy, supporting partners outside the product area who are launching work for this segment of customers and working alongside our marketing partners around go to market strategy. Within this product area, we will also be developing, ideating, and building products. Our goal is to develop a customer-centric ecosystem that will enable us to increase speed to market, while in parallel continuing to deliver simple, but fresh digital experiences
