Join this exciting new squad as a Senior Business Analyst within the Customer Solutions, Financial Wellness product area.  This a great opportunity to be part of standing up this new team that will be focusing on use of personalization analytics and algorithms. This is a fundamental need so we can ensure participants are receiving consistent and timely content across Workplace and Participant Investing (PWI).

Due to the high visibility of the Financial Wellness product, we are seeking a strong, motivated team player who can multi-task with excellent analytic and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for the effort to elicit requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, complete business acceptance test plans and contribute to go-to-market activities for key product enhancements.

You will perform critical functions to support daily operations, perform detailed data analysis, and have the thought process to streamline current workflows to make them more efficient.  Quality, accuracy, and timeliness are essential to the success of this function.

Expertise 

·        Demonstrated knowledge (5+ years) of business analyst techniques, for example: current state analysis, business rules analysis, requirements gathering and analysis, creating user stories, user acceptance testing and product documentation.

·         Agile mentality and experience with Jira, Confluence, Mural or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred

·         Certified Scrum Master /Certified Scrum Product Owner Certification desirable

·         Facilitating and coordinating with multiple teams across business units, teams, squads, business partners

 

Value you Deliver

 

·         Lead discovery for Feature/Epic Definition to prioritize Epics

·         Ensure Epic/Story artifacts (i.e., use cases and supporting documentation) are updated and available for story execution

·         Write stories and facilitate story grooming/refinement sessions to ensure they meet the Definition of Ready

·         Lead collaboration with key Business, IT, Legal, Compliance & Risk partners to define product features and monitor trends

·         Establish meetings to include demos of sprint progress and results

·         Participate and /or facilitate the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives

·         Provide constructive input to drive future process improvements

·         Collaborate strategically with the QA team on QA test plan reviews and aids and mentorship to QA with story requirements / acceptance criteria clarifications

·         Perform End to End Business Acceptance Testing in Acceptance Region and ensure the traceability of test cases.
