Job Description:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work within the WI Agile framework as a member of the Customer Solutions Chapter. You will be a key member of the WI Digital Standards team within the Digital Governance Product Area working closely with a team of cross-functional, multi-disciplinary, and dedicated squad members responsible for delivering specific business goals. The Workplace Digital Governance team is being established to ensure customer consistency across all benefits products. Senior Business Analysts are tasked with eliciting and assembling story acceptance criteria, developing and carrying out business acceptance test plans, test strategy and implementing solutions to address business needs of medium to high complexity. You will support NetBenefits and PSW governance mechanisms through vision, standards and adherence alignment. As a Senior Business Analyst on the Digital Standards team, you will lead guidelines and mechanism documentation, iterate and provide ongoing improvements to processes as needed, and set up and facilitate experience design reviews to ensure adherence. You will also help assess and track mechanism efficiency, speed and scale.
The Senior Business Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that the mechanisms put in place are followed by providing consultation to business partners, proactively identifying content that requires review, and reviewing content and driving the next action.
Expertise you have
Ability to prioritize iterative product releases leading to a successful customer experience
Demonstrated knowledge of business analyst techniques, for example: benchmarking, business rules analysis, risk analysis and user stories, user acceptance testing and product documentation.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Agile mentality; experience with Jira or similar Agile backlog management tool preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Lead discovery for Feature/Epic Definition to prioritize Epics and ensure Epic/Story artifacts (i.e. use cases and supporting documentation) are updated and available for story execution
Write stories and facilitate story grooming/refinement sessions to ensure they meet the Definition of Ready
Lead collaboration with key Business, IT, Legal, Compliance & Risk partners to define product features and monitor trends
Establish meetings to include demos of sprint deliverables and impact analysis results (User Experience Design, Legal, Outside business groups)
Communicate issues and client feedback to the Squad Leader in a clear, concise and timely manner
Participate in the daily Scrums, Sprint Planning Meetings, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives; keep up to date with Agile/Scrum standard methodologies and new trends
Provide constructive feedback for future process improvements
Identify business requirements, document improvement opportunities, share with Scrum Team and at BA Forums
Collaborate strategically with the QA team on QA test plan reviews and provides assistance and mentorship to QA with story requirements / acceptance criteria clarifications
Understand Workplace Investing business and organizational structures
Build effective relationships with key business, IT and Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners to drive initiatives to completion
