Highlights:

As a Business Analyst for Business Readiness Testing, you ensure the successful launch of new Spectrum Enterprise products and services through tests that determine product readiness. You guide product launches for Data, Voice and Video projects by leading the planning and execution of business readiness testing. You excel at testing and certifying product-driven changes to BSS and OSS platforms, fulfillment tools and lead-to-cash processes in support of Data, Voice Trunks, Unified Communications and Video offerings. You maximize business readiness testing efforts through collaboration with Product Development, IT, Advanced Engineering, Quality Assurance, frontline end-users and other boundary partners. You thrive in an office environment interacting with teams across the organization via in-person, email and telephone. You report directly to the Manager of Business Readiness Testing (BRT) for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:

  • Drive company-wide excellence by working with business stakeholders to analyze operations and recommend solutions that align business functions with organizational goals.
  • Improve existing operations by recommending solutions for general business processes and planning based on an in-depth understanding of the company structure, policies and procedures.
  • Propose new strategies for current and future business changes by compiling, analyzing, interpreting and presenting complex data, including reports, charts and graphs.
  • Develop project improvement scope, such as estimates by identifying phases, elements, personnel requirements and cost.
  • Assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations based on an analysis of external market dynamics and other data sources.
  • Improve solution results by leveraging new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
  • Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.

Required keys for success:

  • Five or more years of business analysis or related experience.
  • Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
  • Solid ability to analyze and interpret data for multiple projects simultaneously and quickly identify business issues and opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • Passion for ongoing learning and knowledge sharing.
  • Experience with the fulfillment processes of complex Data, Voice or Video products.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise platforms supporting fulfillment workflows.
  • History of leading or contributing to testing processes.
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to connect the dots.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple, high-priority projects concurrently.
  • Thrive in a highly dynamic, collaborative and team environment.
  • Knowledge of the software development life cycle and hands-on experience.
  • Track record of using workflow and testing platforms, such as Jira, Smartsheet and ALM.
  • Ability to use ICOMS and CSG billing platforms.

Your education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).

The pay for this position has a minimum of $76,800.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
