Jobs Duties
- Support sales team by planning and executing effective marketing strategies campaigns and sales incentive scheme
- Support sales by forming and maintaining long term partnerships
- Organizes and conducts trainings for sale channels and demonstration programmes
- Maintains and controls annual advertising and promotion budget, sufficient GP levels in all product categories
- Responsible to grow sales, market share and improve overall productivity of the existing brand portfolio at a profit
- Responsible for OTB planning and order placement during each buying season
- Attending overseas or virtual tradeshows to select the best products at the best price for the local market
- Managing supply chain to ensure delivery timelines are being met by all internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying any gaps or issues in supply chain and being proactive, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to find the most effective solution to ensure timelines are met
- Smooth inventory management - monitoring stock levels at each location and ensuring stocks are distributed and allocated efficiently
- Continuously Maintaining healthy inventory cycles-ageing reports and action plan
- Monitoring product pricing and ensuring pricing remains competitive
- Gathering of market/industry data by researching, field visits, competitor and market analysis
- Visit stores and warehouse to ensure physical display, inventory and marketing activities are running smoothly
- Monitors product targets and achievement in categories/channel wise, company showroom performance
- Negotiates and schedules with media companies while sending briefs, product details to Agencies for press ad, checks and corrects draft artwork
- Liaising with local suppliers to ensure all marketing related collateral is produced on time as per guidelines
- Plans and prepares annual budgets, sales and marketing performance review, and action plan
- Maintaining smooth operation overall with the support of internal teams' finance, inventory, imports, logistics, etc
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Management/ Business Administration
- Professional Qualification in Marketing Management (CIM/SLIM)
- Masters in Business Administration from a recognized university/institute
- Excellent Communication skills, Presentation skills and good Negotiation skills
- Analytical skills, and Attention to Detail
Salary : Rs.200,000.00 - Rs.250,000.00/+Other Benefits
