Job Description:

Fidelity Investments is looking for Senior BPM Developers that can work across multiple Fidelity business units to automate, digitize, and transform their operational environments. This position is a hands-on technical role that that will utilize software design and engineering skills to build robust, scalable, and efficient solutions for our business partners.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Java, Groovy, JavaScript, Form.io
• Camunda BPM or other BPM development experience
• AWS or other Cloud service providers
• Business process improvement or re-engineering
• Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus
• You can analyze business problems and suggest technical solutions
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and taking on new challenges
• Your communication with peers and leaders is clear and effective
• You are willing and excited to add your voice and opinion to the discussion
• You love to take initiative to solve a problem and get the job done
• You seek to learn and develop expertise in new tools and products

The Team

As part of the Advanced Process Solutions (APS) division within Fidelity Investments, you will join an agile team of 6-8 skilled and hardworking individuals tasked with re-imagining the customer experience and associate workflow for Fidelity. The team will be focused on up-front design, development and implementation of innovative solutions that significantly improve operational efficiency and enable an exceptional digital experience for Fidelity business and end users.
