Senior AWS DevOps Specialist

The US Systems Engineering Offering delivers large scale software applications and integrated systems and assists its clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. The practice aims at developing service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems. It would focus on key client issues that impact the core business by delivering operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation.

In this role you will be providing the following:

-Support deployment of applications for on-prem, OCI, and AWS environments.

-Participate in on-call application deployment rotation.

-Support DevSecOps pipeline in OCI Cloud.

-Analyze deployment failures to correct problems and ensure applications are deployed to the requested environment.

-Identify and recommend appropriate changes to DevSecOps infrastructure to improve performance, reliability and availability.

Develop and automate routine tasks via scripting/coding and automation tools.

Update documentation (e.g., SOPs/TTPs, policies, etc.) to ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and requirements.

Monitor ServiceNow ticket queue and triage intake with team members.

Qualifications Required

·        Top Secret Clearance

·        Bachelor’s in Science or equivalent work experience 

·        8+ years of AWS Hands on experience.

·        Experience with Red Hat Linux and WebLogic.

·        Knowledge of Kubernetes, Jenkins, SonarQube and Nexus/Maven.

·        CompTIA Security+ Certified.

• Travel up to 10% annually
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
