Senior Audit Analyst
The Role
Fidelity has new opportunities for a remote Audit Analyst. While the position is remote, you are required to live in the Greater Charlotte area. You’ll have full access to virtual training and learning opportunities, plus dynamic working resources to help you stay connected.
As an Audit Senior Analyst serving the Fidelity Institutional and Personal Investing businesses, you will:
Use your Financial Services expertise to provide independent and objective audit and advisory services that enhance Fidelity’s business performance, address risk, and ultimately improve overall customer service
Be part of a dynamic group tasked with developing innovative ways to complete risk-based and/or data-driven audit projects
Partner with management identify risk and audit issues
Use data analytics and audit automation tools in the evaluation of business operations and systems
The Expertise You Have
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study
Professional audit certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, CISA) and/or registration/licensing preferred
3 – 7 years of external and internal audit or audit-related experience, preferably Financial Services.

The Value You Deliver
As a Senior Analyst you will perform business and/or integrated audits in support of Fidelity’s businesses. Key areas of focus include developing hypotheses around risk and controls, providing input to the development of the integrated audit plan, and working with a hard-working team. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Working with middle to senior management within a business or function to facilitate the identification and resolution of risk issues
Call out significant audit issues identified and proposes viable solutions and alternatives
Coordinating Audit activities to ensure identified risks are properly addressed
Preparing draft audit reports and provides recommendations to resolve issues
Communicating findings to business leaders and senior management
Building deep working relationships with appropriate contacts in client organizations
