Specialist Testing Analyst

The Specialist Testing Analyst directs the development, implementation and continuous improvement of IT quality management programs across the enterprise. This job supervises professional level employees who develop and evaluate equipment and processes to improve the safety, reliability, and maintainability of products and systems. This job also oversees the performance of various systems, applications and databases.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Monitors, promotes and continuously evaluates quality management initiatives and programs.
• Oversees internal and external audit projects, and ensures follow up with a timely response on corrective action.
• Evaluates testing practices and tools to improve the testing process and quality of results.
• Reviews the results of testing sessions, and develops and implements technical improvements.
• Approves the design and development of usability testing programs, cases, scenarios and processes to ensure that all functions are thoroughly tested.
• Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team.

Qualifications

• 5 Years Required; 7 Years Preferred

• University (Degree), Preferred
