Position Requirements

Candidates must have hands-on experience with in vivo laboratory procedures, including animal handling and administration of compounds via IV, IP, PO, SC, and IM routes. Other desirable experience in small animal anesthesia, rodent catheterization (tail vein, femoral artery / vein) and their application a plus. Experience in handling and administration of controlled substances and radioactive materials (PET tracers) to small animal models desired. Experience working with human tissue samples a plus. Qualified candidates should be self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a matrixed environment, work effectively as part of a team, and be responsible. Effective communication, integrity, reliabilitity, and scientific creativity are critical.
