Job Description
- Gather and understand the program requirements for design of thermal management components of Air Systems.
- Conduct design review meetings, participate & share your views in NPI Gateway reviews, collaborate with Cross Functional teams and resolve any design related issues that arise.
- Investigate root causes for Field Failures and take corrective actions.
- Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units
- Collaboration with suppliers, VDRA, FEA team
- Minimal travel (less than 5%) is required.
- Creo detailed design of components are within the scope of responsibilities.
