The Team
The Middle Office Service and Operations teams provides world class service to correspondent firms who clear their business through Fidelity Investments’ National Financial Services platform and outsource certain back office functionality. We provide subject matter expertise to institutional, bank and independent broker dealers that offer financial services to their end-clients.
As a member of our team, you will assist these advisors with various phone inquiries and transactions pertaining to; retirement distributions, checks, wires, journals, account documentation and features, and transfer of assets. You will have opportunities to build working relationships with contacts at external financial firms, as well as with internal business partners.
